 | Everyone asks me how can I get a flat stomach? Diet is important of course, and exercises can get boring so I have a tip for you..... Lie on the floor face up ,knees are bent. Do 1 set of 8 crunches and pulse for 8 more at the top then hold for a count of 8. Go straight into side crunches with no break. Do the same pattern(8 singles,8 pulses,hold for 8) Then go straight into leg raises,continue with the same pattern. Rest 30 seconds. Do all three exercises again, rest 30 seconds . If you still have any strength left do the superset one more time. This will be guaranteed to burn. It is important to concentrate on your abdominal muscles while working them. |  | Exercise Tip from Tami Biceps can get very boring to work. How can you keep the boredom from setting in? One of my favorite bicep routines is 10 to 1's -You take a curl bar and put enough weight on it so you can barely pull off 10 repetitions. -Rest for 10 seconds -Do another 9 repetitions with the same weight. -Rest 9 seconds Keep going all the way till you're at 1 repetition with one second rest. It doesn't sound that hard, but if it is done right you will definitely see results. This routine is fast and effective.Remember working out is about having fun,so enjoy!!!!
